Alan Cosby has been helping clients buy, sell, and lease real estate in the Chicagoland area for over ten years. A proud alumnus from the University of Iowa, he began working in real estate the day after graduation. In addition to working with clients Alan is always looking to expand his personal real estate portfolio and loves the process of bringing dilapidated buildings back to life. He is also a principal manager of Everest Investments, an independent real estate buying group that targets 10-50 unit apartment buildings in the Chicagoland area.
